On February 15, 2025, the renowned Muni International School in Dwarka, Delhi, hosted a special exposure visit for school leaders from the Rehnuma School Leadership Program, organized by The Unifly Collective. This event brought together 17 principals from affordable private schools serving under-resourced communities, providing them with an opportunity to learn and adapt innovative educational practices.
The objective of the visit was to help school leaders understand, adapt, and implement quality educational practices using their local resources. Participants explored various aspects of Muni International School's student-centric and self-governance model, peer-led learning, flexible seating, teacher-student interactions, and inclusive educational practices.
The visit included classroom observations, informal interactions with students and teachers, and discussions on key takeaways and potential adaptations for their schools. This enriching experience fostered learning, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices among school leaders.
